All support cover includes:
- Whenever you have a problem hardware or software simply call us. If we can’t help
you on the phone or remote onto your system we’ll come in and sort it out.
- If you don’t have a problem, we’ll visit you regularly anyway to check that everything
is healthy. We’ll observe and repair any potential problems.
- If you need to buy new hardware or software, we can help you choose wisely before
- Whenever you have questions, however small, just call us. That’s why we’re here.
- Full system audit
- Service pack updates

Block hour purchase 10 hours at £45.00/ hour If you require another block of 10
hours within the same month the second block of 10 hours will be less 10% discount.
Block hour purchase is very cost effective giving you piece of mind knowing that
we are always at the end of the phone and you only pay for hours that are worked.
Standard hourly adhoc rate £50.00 / hour or £400.00 /day
Annual contract with negotiated response times and SLAs. This can include a full
time onsite engineer if required.
